Our team provides a comprehensive dispute resolution service which includes litigation, arbitration and mediation, as well as other more creative methodology.

Recognising that often prevention is better than cure, we work with clients to manage their risk profile in order to avoid disputes. We work closely with our transactional lawyers to identify those areas of a client’s business which might lead to risk - and put in place measures with our clients to alleviate those risks.    

We cover a broad range of contentious matters including commercial contracts and corporate matters; insurance and professional negligence; property; insolvency; intellectual property and competition matters; information technology; shipping and multi-jurisdictional disputes.

We act in the High Court, Court of Appeal and House of Lords as well as international, arbitral and other domestic tribunals.
