Our Property team deals with all stages of the property lifecycle for commercial and residential clients.

Work includes buying and selling both freehold and leasehold commercial properties throughout the UK - including hotels, restaurants, casinos, bingo clubs, public houses, nightclubs, offices, shops, industrial premises and warehouses - as well as drafting leases, setting up development sites and handling joint ventures.

Our Property and Litigation teams work closely together regarding security of tenure matters under the Landlord and Tenant legislation.

Adding value through understanding our clients' business requirements, our Property team offers commercial acumen, sector knowledge and tailor-made advice.
