Chris is a Partner in Joelson Wilson & Co's Property team, with extensive wealth of experience acting for commercial clients on all their property-related work requirements.

Chris has a special interest in secured and unsecured lending for high street banks including HSBC and other lenders merchant banks. He is on a number of panels as a legal expert on property matters.

He also acts for extremely active property dealers and developers getting involved in site assembly, planning, development and subsequent sale of the completed project. He was involved with the £100 million Science Park project near Bristol and works for the Electricity Council Pension Fund.  He has represented several pension funds in the acquisition, management and disposal of their property portfolios.

Chris is known for taking a proactive approach and works with his clients – some of whom he has had for more than 30 years - to secure workable and affordable solutions to their real estate transactions.
