Paul is a Partner in Joelson Wilson & Co's Corporate / Commercial team and acts for clients primarily within the leisure, consumer goods and technology sectors on a wide range of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buy-ins and reorganisations.

He also advises on shareholder and joint venture agreements and seed to pre-IPO fund raisings, with a focus on start-ups.

In recent years he has built up a strong practice servicing the AIM market, handling flotations, reverse and code takeovers and placings.

Paul is fluent in Spanish.
