Philippa trained with Joelson Wilson before moving to a position with a leading Thames Valley firm. She returned in 2008. Philippa specialises in a range of corporate and commercial matters including acquisitions and disposals, MBOs and reorganisations as well as company law, shareholder matters and commercial agreements.
