Joelson Wilson acts for Tanzania Gold plc now "Bezant Resources plc"

Joelson Wilson acted for Tanzania Gold plc (now “Bezant Resources plc”) in relation to the acquisition of a participation in a major copper and gold mining licence in the Philippines for a consideration of approximately £7.25 million. A two year drilling and exploration programme will now begin to allow further definition of the resource. Similarly, Joelson Wilson acted for the Company on its raising of approximately £5 million through the issue of 6,666,667 new ordinary shares to institutional and other investors at a price of 75 pence per share. Shareholder approval was obtained on 9 July 2007, and completion of these transactions look place on the same day.
