February 2009 – Clarion acquires majority stake in Spintelligent Conferences

Clarion Events, advised by Joelson Wilson acquires a majority stake in Spintelligent Conferences a conference business organising conferences in South Africa and the US. Joelson Wilson assisted with all aspects of this transaction including co-ordination of South African and US legal counsel and dealing with the banking and equity financing arrangements in relation thereto.
