Travelzest acquires The Cruise Professionals Limited

Joelson Wilson acts as UK adviser to Travelzest plc on its latest acquisition. Joelson Wilson assisted established client Travelzest plc on all UK aspects of the transaction including co-ordinating the banking and liaison with Travelzest's regulator in line with the timetable.
