Contracts and Severance Packages

We help prepare and negotiate senior executive terms and packages and assist in negotiating severance packages at the conclusion of the employment relationship.

We have significant experience in negotiating packages at board level, taking into account issues such as reputation management and also the changing regulatory framework in relation to executive remuneration and compensation. Where there are equity interests to be acquired or disposed of, we work closely with our colleagues in the Corporate and Commercial team. We aim to ensure a smooth transition with particular sensitivity to commercial interests, market reputation, compliance and PR issues.

We also provide HR backup, preparing and advising on all levels of employment contracts and consultancy arrangements, including advising on carrying out large scale variations to contract terms, mobility and outsourcing arrangements or issues.
