We advise companies and remuneration committees on structuring appropriate bonus and long term incentive plans for executives, including adherence to executive remuneration compliance, guidelines and deferred cash and stock awards in order to meet regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
We also advise on and help to set up company-wide employee incentive plans, such as EMI options and work alongside our colleagues in our Corporate team to advise on the establishment of tax-efficient incentive schemes for employees and senior management.
