Being able to enforce any Judgment from the Court is also crucial if you are to recover the sums due to you. We also have experience of all forms of enforcement, including:

• Seizing/selling debtor’s goods;

• Summoning your debtor to Court to give details of his finances;

• Attachment of earnings – to deduct the sums due from his salary;

• Third party Debt Orders;

• Charging Orders – these are particularly useful where the debtor has a property which is for sale.
