The Electronic Communications Code grants powers to providers of electronic communications networks and conduit systems (masts and cables) to lay apparatus across, under or over land. We have extensive experience of advising land owners and operators in respect of the effects of the Electronic Communications Code in relation to its impact on property.

The complexities of the law relating to communications and the powers of compulsory acquisition granted to the operators mean that specialist advice is often required, but not always easy to obtain. Timely action is sometimes needed to protect a client’s interest or to apply for redress. We have in-depth knowledge and expertise in this area.
