Alexander joined the firm in June 2011. He previously worked at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP for 5 years where he qualified into the private equity team.

Expertise

Alexander has been involved in a number of transactions in both the Corporate/Commercial Team and the Real Estate Team.

Alexander has assisted in connection with advising on M&A work and general corporate matters.

Alexander has experience negotiating sale agreements, leases and advises on general commercial real estate Landlord and Tenant matters.

Alexander also has experience dealing with the sale and purchase of residential property.

Recent transactions:

• Assisting in connection with a private equity company in its acquisition of a large healthcare recruitment agency;
• Advising in respect of a pre-packaged administration of a well-known pub group;
• Advising on all property matters in connection with a well-known car company and courier business in a recent business acquisition;
• Advising on all property matters in connection with the inward private equity investment of a well-known bar/pub business;
• Acting for institutional clients in respect of Landlord and Tenant work;
• Acting for shopping centres and dealing with drafting and negotiating management documentation;
• Acting for a number of clients in the service industry in respect of buying and selling both freehold and leasehold properties.

Outside Interests:

Creating art, theatre, opera, travelling and charity work.
