Dean has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures and private equity as well as in the financial services regulatory and general corporate work.
He has acted for clients ranging in size and type from individuals, start-ups and owner-managed businesses, small and medium-sized private and public companies to FTSE100 companies.

Since joining Joelson Wilson, Dean has advised numerous AIM listed companies on transactional matters, public and private companies on acquisitions and disposals and provided financial services regulatory advice to clients of various departments in the Firm.
