Denise O'Donnell

Denise joined the firm in 2002 as a Secretary in Employment, Litigation and Property before moving to the Licensing and Gambling Team and becoming a Client Support Assistant in 2005.

Expertise

Denise deals with all applications under the Licensing Act 2003, variation and transfer applications under the Gambling Act 2005 and pavement licence applications.

Denise has been involved in various due diligence exercises and has acted on behalf of administrators to preserve the premises licences and gaming machine permits held by companies that have become insolvent.

Outside Interests:
