Hayley has been involved in a number of transactions in the Corporate and Commercial Team for both AIM listed and privately owned businesses.

Hayley has also assisted in connection with advising a number of client on commercial contracts from simple form terms of trading to complex multi-jurisdictional supply and distribution agreements.

Recent Matters include:

• Assisting in connection with the admission of an independent oil and gas company with assets in East Africa to trading on AIM;

• Managing the due diligence process and drafting various documents in relation to a multi-million pound purchase of a large private-hire and courier business, including the onward sale of part of the business;

• Assisting in connection with a successful private fundraise in relation to the opening of a new restaurant in London for a start-up company; and

• Advising on various commercial agreements, including supply and distribution agreements and business-to-business and business-to-consumer terms and conditions, including contributing to a legal training day for a key client.

Outside Interests:

Hayley spends the weekends exploring the city, trying new restaurants and shopping!
