Experience

A qualified Chartered Accountant she was for many years a partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants specialising in corporate matters. She was for a period the CEO of a small niche practice law firm in the city until it merged with a large practice at which point she left to become the Chief Executive of Humberts Leisure Limited. She joined Joelson Wilson from there.

Over the years Jane has predominantly been involved with smaller privately owned companies and with professional partnerships from start ups all the way through to main market listings.

Outside Interests:

Jane enjoys walking, spending time in Italy and most importantly being with her family.
