Jennifer Maxwell-Harris

Jennifer joined the employment team in 2007.
Jennifer was previously at Cumberland Ellis LLP. She has wide experience of acting for employers and employees.

Expertise

Jennifer provides employment advice and representation in all areas of employment law and also business immigration and employee ncentives. She advises companies and executives on employment rights, terms of employment, compromise agreements and employment issues in corporate transactions. Jennifer also handles contentious employment matters including High Court and Employment Tribunal cases.

Recent Matters include:

  • Acting for a company in settling a sex discrimination claim.
  • Acting for a senior executive on a severance package involving US and UK law and deferred compensation.
  • Acting for a company in a High Court case for breach of non competition restraints.
