- Acting for large institutional clients in the disposal of shopping centres, retail parks and hotels.
- Acting for a large developer in respect of a sizeable mixed use development at a major UK airport.
- Acting for hotel operators in respect of the sale and leaseback, development and refinancing of sizeable hotels.
- Acting for Local Authorities in respect of large urban regeneration and CPO projects.
- Acting for a consortium in respect of a social housing PFI project.
- Acting for institutional clients in respect of Landlord and Tenant work.
