Luisa Labbadia

Luisa has been Joelson Wilson’s Practice Manager since joining the firm in February 2006. She has over twenty years’ experience in facilities management and administration, both in the UK and Italy.

At Joelson Wilson, Luisa manages the firm’s facilities team and works with the firm’s specialist suppliers to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This includes managing the office security, disaster recovery, premises, and IT strategies.

Shortly after joining Joelson Wilson, Luisa managed the firm’s move to our new Portland Place premises and all the resource planning which was required for that project.

Before she joined Joelson Wilson, Luisa was Facilities Manager at City-based law firm Devonshires Solicitors for 4 years, where she managed a team of 9 facilities and administrative staff.

Luisa lived in Rome for 15 years and is fluent in Italian. She tries to visit family and friends in Italy as frequently as she can.

Luisa is a Member of the British Institute of Facilities Managers (BIFM).

Outside Interests:

Luisa enjoys playing tennis, travelling, socialising and technology.
