Mark McDermott

Mark joined the firm in 2005 after working for Her Majesty’s Court Service at various Magistrates Courts in the London area. Mark specialised in Alcohol Licensing and Betting and Gaming at Westminster Magistrates Court.

Expertise

Mark deals with premises applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005, including applications for new licences and variations to existing licences.

Mark has also recently assisted with lodging the required applications to preserve premises licences and gaming machine permits held by companies that have become insolvent.

Outside Interests:

Reading, cycling, bowling, most sports and socialising.
