Shula joined the corporate-commercial team in November 2011 having qualified at a medium sized west-end firm.

Expertise:

Since joining the firm Shula has been involved in a number of high profile acquisitions and disposals for both AIM listed and private companies. Shula also assists clients with commercial contracts including terms and conditions of business, agency and supplier agreements and international distribution agreements.

Recent Transactions include:

  • Acting for London’s largest minicab and chauffeur company on its acquisition of a leading passenger car and courier service provider.
  • Assisting with the sale of a leading supplier of gambling and interactive betting games to the world’s largest publicly traded pure gaming software supplier.
  • Assisting an AIM listed company with increasing its interest in an oil and gas concession in Tanzania.

Outside Interests:

In her spare time Shula enjoys swimming, cycling, art, travelling and good food.
